Do you offer refund?

No. All sales are final and there is no refund.

Do you offer framing?

We don’t offer framing at this time.

Do paintings come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. All paintings come with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Apple Pay. We also accept Paypal and Venmo.

Is my information secure?

Our entire site is run over SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so all your information is secure under 128 bit SSL encryption. For payment processing we're PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant which means sensitive card data is never handled by us. It goes directly to the payment processor’s servers and we never have access to your card information.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are designed to make it easy and affordable for everyone to buy and collect art. It enables clients who may not usually buy art to start a collection with payments spread over a reasonable time period, or established collectors to purchase higher priced works.

How it works:
Contact us with the artwork you're interested in and the approximate time period to pay for the work. We will find a suitable option for you, reserve your artwork with the first payment, and collect the monthly payments from you via cash, check, credit card and or bank transfer. There is no interest to pay and you may make payments over a period of time. Artwork can be picked up or will be shipped 3 days after the final payment.

Once a deposit has been made the artwork is considered sold and is removed from the market. Therefore payments are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from our Jakarta, Indonesia office.

How long does it take to get paintings delivered?

Normal delivery is between 7 to 14 business days after purchase date. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before shipping.

How are orders shipped?

International orders will be shipped through FedEx or DHL. Local orders shipped via JNE and or TIKI.

How are orders packaged?

Paintings are packaged in a secure crate before shipping. Small works are wrapped in protective paper enclosed with secure bubble mailer.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can see where your order is every step of the way.


What is your return policy?

All sales are final with the exception of any damages upon arrival.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us ( within 12 hours after the order was placed for modifications and cancelations.
