Do you offer refund?

No. All sales are final and there is no refund.

Do you offer framing?

We don’t offer framing at this time.

Do paintings come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. All paintings come with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa

Is my information secure?

Our entire site is run over SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so all your information is secure under 128 bit SSL encryption. For payment processing we're PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant which means sensitive card data is never handled by us. It goes directly to the payment processor’s servers and we never have access to your card information.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from our Jakarta, Indonesia office.

How long does it take to get paintings delivered?

Normal delivery is between 7 to 14 business days after purchase date.

How are orders shipped?

All orders will be shipped through FedEx.

How are orders packaged?

Paintings are packaged in a secure crate before shipping.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can see where your order is every step of the way.


What is your return policy?

We back every purchase with a 30-day money-back guarantee. As long as we receive both the artwork and accompanying items in their original condition you'll be refunded the full transaction amount.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us ( within 12 hours after the order was placed for modifications and cancelations.
